Zoom Songwriter Circle - December 9th!

Our next online NFFN Songwriter Circle is on Thursday, December 9th from 7-9 pm!

"SOLSTICE" is the next voluntary song prompt word.

Dear Valued Artists, Supporters, and Fans,

Bring your original songs, poems, or short stories to our Online Songwriter Circle on Thursday, December 9th from 7-9 pm, hosted by Bear and Robert!

You do not have to be a member to join in, and listeners are welcome! This is a safe place to bring your heart and works of art to.

You can join the Zoom event at the link here:

If you do not have Zoom, you will be prompted to download it once you click on the link above. It is FREE and only takes a few minutes, so grab it early before the event starts if you can at:

You can also find the link to the event listed on our Facebook page and NFFN website.  We will start hosting the meeting around 6:30 pm in case you want to try and test your connection out first before it starts.

Also, we draw a new songwriting prompt once a month for the next month's song theme. The prompt for this month is "SOLSTICE." The word does not have to be in the title or the theme of the song, it just has to be mentioned somewhere in the song.  Trying to write a song with the prompt is voluntary - it just gives us a challenge to keep us writing, and helps keep things interesting and fun!

You will need a device with a built-in or attached camera and microphone, such as a iPad, cell phone, laptop, or tablet. Some desktop computers may not have these features.

Please enable, "original sound" if you can. It's not required, but it helps our listeners hear you better!

Everyone who attends is welcome to share a few of their original songs, poetry, or prose, and listen to other participating writers. This is a great opportunity to get your words and music out to the universe, see old friends, and make new ones too. We may have to stay socially distanced, but we can still stay socially connected!

If you have any questions, please send us a message on this page, or contact Cindy Bear at (904) 626-2829.

Hope to see you there, and thank you for your support of the North Florida Folk Network!
