We can't wait to hear your songs, poems, or short stories at our online Songwriter Circle, hosted by Bear and Robert!
This is a safe place to bring your works of art from the heart. You do not have to be a member to join in, and listeners are welcome too!
Everyone who attends is welcome to share a few of their original songs, poetry, or prose, and listen to other participating writers. This is a great opportunity to get your words and music out to the universe, see old friends, and make new ones too.
We use a new voluntary songwriting prompt once a month for the next month's song theme. The word does not have to be in the title or the theme, it just needs to be mentioned somewhere in the song.
*Bonus Challenge*: Write a song that contains all of the suggested song prompts for the word of the month drawing (or have them in the title): “Parody, Sunshine, Lucky, Virginia, Frame, Justice, and Pencil"
Trying to write a song with the voluntary prompt is a good challenge to keep us writing, and helps keep things interesting and fun!
